Chuck is passionate about driving growth and profitability through customer engagement, digital commerce, and AI/ML applications. Before joining L.E.K., Chuck spent over fourteen years at Deloitte Digital, where he led teams in helping Fortune 500 brands enhance their digital strategies and drive profitable growth. He specialized in developing omni-channel experiences, customer engagement strategies, and digital transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully launched new digital experiences for multiple brands and retailers, including expanding the loyalty program for a national multi-brand retailer, increasing total spend and customer lifetime value. Chuck also played a key role in expanding Deloitte Digital's analyst recognition, setting the strategy for the consumer sector AI-enabled solutions and leading the national rollout of Deloitte’s standardized software development lifecycle, reducing project costs and improving the success rate of large-scale technology implementations.
Chuck is an advocate for STEM education and increasing the digital fluency of all. He is passionate about making technology accessible and empowering the next generation of digital leaders. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, advocating for and attending the theatre, and spending time with his family.
