This week on the podcast we were blessed to be joined by our lovely mothers! We asked them questions regarding identity, growing up in a latino household, their high school experiences, advice to young daughters, personal development and spiritual experiences they encountered when becoming a mother. This week on Empowering You Forward we discuss fundamental parts of the self: standards, boundaries, communication, and knowing your worth. To begin designing our lives, we need to know ourselves! 

Standards form by asking ourselves questions such as, “What do I not like?”, “What won’t I tolerate?” With those answers in mind, we create examples on how to communicate to protect our boundaries and to ultimately know our worth.
