Lauren discusses working in the sports industry as a mom, why her job is so important to her, and how she found her purpose.

Paige and Katelyn talk to Los Angeles Chargers team reporter Hayley Elwood about her background, NFL reporting career and the upcoming NFL season. They also discuss the importance of social justice in sports and how players/coaches are handling current issues. Hayley gives advice for female journalists who want to enter the industry.
