The way from the coccyx (at the pelvis) to the crown (at the top of the head) gets fully cleared.

SKELETAL LEAP, the mind body connection for mind and body healing, is a giant leap that our skeleton can take through the way it postures its joints.

I had stumbled upon this miracle many years ago, coincidentally

My name is Laadi Ojas. Welcome to “Skeletal Leap:

Today’s episode will tell you about
    emptying the mind via breathing

    0:00:38.080,0:00:45.120

energy and breathing insight with every
    single breath for kundalini awakening.

    0:00:45.120,0:00:51.200

Breathing becomes the perception of energy with
every single exhalation as chakras are opened,

    0:00:51.200,0:00:56.240

    removing all obstacles in its
way. The way from the coccyx

    0:00:56.240,0:01:02.400

(at the pelvis) to the crown (at the
top of the head) gets fully cleared.

    0:01:02.400,0:01:07.760

    How Breathing Activates Kundalini
Kundalini rises from the gut to the

    0:01:07.760,0:01:14.560

brain as it works through the nervous system. It
does so through the spinal cord provided the

    0:01:14.560,0:01:22.560

chakras are open. And this is not a one-time
event. It rises every single time the breath

    0:01:22.560,0:01:29.360

gets almost fully exhaled in an absolutely
quiet manner. There is no force that needs

    0:01:29.360,0:01:37.360

to be exerted at all while exhaling. This way,
it keeps the flow of kundalini, aka insightful

    0:01:37.360,0:01:45.120

    intelligence, intact incessantly through
the passage of time, every time. Therefore,

    0:01:45.120,0:01:53.520

another way to think of kundalini is life energy
that is personalized as insightful intelligence.

    0:01:53.520,0:02:01.120

The first time kundalini rises through a person’s
spine via the vagus nerve or Sushumna, it may (or

    0:02:01.120,0:02:08.640

may not) manifest as tantrums. These tantrums
can take the form of one of several different

    0:02:08.640,0:02:16.800

reactions depending on the person’s psychological
and neurological disposition. Some feel this first

    0:02:16.800,0:02:24.400

rise as an electrifying shock from the left-over
impediments along its way. Some others feel it as

    0:02:24.400,0:02:32.880

a sense of extreme joy never experienced before.
There is a full spectrum of reactions as varied

    0:02:32.880,0:02:40.560

as there are persons who feel and express
those reactions. Once the initial honeymoon

    0:02:40.560,0:02:49.040

(or nightmare) is over, it settles down as a
conscious creative potential in the coccyx again.

    0:02:49.040,0:02:54.880

One cannot take it for granted that this process
will occur automatically over and over again,

    0:02:54.880,0:03:01.680

thereby falling back in their mechanical ways
of life from before. Getting this life energy

    0:03:01.680,0:03:07.520

    of insightful intelligence transferred to
the brain with every single breath still lies

    0:03:07.520,0:03:14.800

firmly within the conscious domain of awareness.
Therefore, one needs to keep one’s chakras open

    0:03:14.800,0:03:23.200

as one’s first nature. Once this is successfully
achieved, one needs to become conscious of every

    0:03:23.200,0:03:31.440

single breath, no matter what one is doing.
You might now wonder, “Won’t focusing on every

    0:03:31.440,0:03:38.640

single breath divide our attention whenever we
need to focus on something else of importance?”

    0:03:38.640,0:03:43.520

Not at all! The focus is not
    on the breath but, instead,

    0:03:43.520,0:03:50.720

on the joy of one’s involvement into the action.
This will ensure that our attention is focused

    0:03:50.720,0:03:57.680

on that very moment. In fact, it stops us
from drifting into the domain of the mind

    0:03:57.680,0:04:05.360

whose emotional emphasis is on past memories and
future imaginations. This type of focus keeps

    0:04:05.360,0:04:10.880

us centrally fixated in the process of thinking
rather than getting swayed by thoughts which is

    0:04:10.880,0:04:17.520

    what unconsciously disturbs our attention.
    For this to happen seamlessly,

    0:04:17.520,0:04:24.160

we don’t even need to count our breaths.
That will only make it as mechanical as any

    0:04:24.160,0:04:31.360

other meaningless rituals people employ to
    increase concentration like counting beads.

    0:04:31.360,0:04:38.320

    Concentration and attention aka focus
    are two different things altogether!

    0:04:38.320,0:04:44.640

Here is something really beautiful. Once the
insight of energy has gotten awakened as a

    0:04:44.640,0:04:51.920

    potential, every single extended exhalation
of breath performs a miracle. It fills the

    0:04:51.920,0:04:59.520

head and the pelvic region simultaneously with an
extreme sense of joy and passion. This joy always

    0:04:59.520,0:05:07.120

remains as fresh, passionate and spontaneous
as it was when we felt it the very first time.

    0:05:07.120,0:05:13.440

Imagine having a passionate joy of cosmic orgasm
at the crown chakra and a sexual orgasm at the

    0:05:13.440,0:05:21.280

pelvis simultaneously with every single exhalation
of breath forever! It quite likely occurs due

    0:05:21.280,0:05:30.240

to an optimum release of serotonin, dopamine,
oxytocin and endorphins in the nervous system.

    0:05:30.240,0:05:35.760

What else do we want on earth? It is
like finding a perpetual goldmine (if

    0:05:35.760,0:05:41.920

gold is really as important as this)!
What actually happens is that we train

    0:05:41.920,0:05:50.160

ourselves to adopt ‘lightness’ as a personality
style. And we do this while equipping ourselves

    0:05:50.160,0:05:59.200

with its traits, namely, interest, insight
and adventure. Not even the acutest stress

    0:05:59.200,0:06:05.920

can pull us off-track any more. It is like
utilizing the ‘smart vagus’ of Stephen Porges’

    0:06:05.920,0:06:12.720

Polyvagal Theory. That is what strengthens
us in the face of an otherwise sympathetic

    0:06:12.720,0:06:19.840

nervous system response of ‘fight or flight’.
In fact, we have done something even bigger

    0:06:19.840,0:06:30.000

than this. We have emptied our mind along the
way. And in doing so, we have become invincible.

    0:06:30.000,0:06:36.880

And we keep renewing the entire procedure
with every single breath! We no more fear even

    0:06:36.880,0:06:45.440

the most imminent of threats - death. We have
discovered the most artistic way to live life,

    0:06:45.440,0:06:53.760

live it here and live it now. And we have learnt
how to do it, here and now and, best of all,

    0:06:53.760,0:07:01.280

using clear, physical and measurable techniques.
    Consciously extending exhalations a little

    0:07:01.280,0:07:08.880

longer than inhalations after opening all the
seven chakras does it all. And it does it well

    0:07:08.880,0:07:17.120

too. It is simple. It is no rocket science.
As this combination of keeping chakras open

    0:07:17.120,0:07:22.480

while extending exhalations a little longer
than inhalations becomes our first nature,

    0:07:22.480,0:07:30.160

the miracle happens. We no more need to keep an
account of both these processes separately in a

    0:07:30.160,0:07:38.160

list of ‘things to do’. We just perceive its
effect as a sense of non-stop passionate joy.

    0:07:38.880,0:07:46.800

If ever a break is perceived in that joy, we
immediately need to set it right then and there.

    0:07:46.800,0:07:52.320

    Breathing As Prana
Breathing is not just a simple exchange of

    0:07:52.320,0:07:59.760

gases within the lungs. It is way more than that.
That is why in the ancient chakra scriptures,

    0:07:59.760,0:08:07.040

it has been named as ‘Prana’ meaning the basic
core of life energy. It is conceived as having the

    0:08:07.040,0:08:16.960

following five types of winds in the human system:
Prana - located at head, lungs and heart with an

    0:08:16.960,0:08:26.160

inward and downward movement, empties the mind
Apana - located at lower abdomen with an

    0:08:26.160,0:08:32.400

    outward and downward movement, activates
    healthy digestive and reproductive systems

    0:08:34.080,0:08:40.160

Udana - located at thoracic diaphragm and
throat with an upward movement activates

    0:08:40.160,0:08:49.120

    healthy respiratory and communication systems
Samana - located at navel with a spirally churning

    0:08:49.120,0:08:58.400

movement over there activates healthy metabolism
Vyana - located along circulatory system with

    0:08:58.400,0:09:04.640

    outward movement activates healthy
    circulatory and nervous systems

    0:09:04.640,0:09:10.960

There is also a mention of ‘Nadis’ meaning
channels in the body like nerves, arteries,

    0:09:10.960,0:09:18.800

    veins, capillaries, bronchioles, and lymph
canals. The main three among them are:

    0:09:20.480,0:09:27.920

    Ida - controls mental processes
    Pingala - controls vital processes

    0:09:28.720,0:09:34.000

    Sushumna - connects the root
    chakra to the crown chakra

    0:09:34.000,0:09:40.480

Breathing is a biological process of moving air
out from and into the lungs thus replacing carbon

    0:09:40.480,0:09:46.720

dioxide with oxygen. The exchange takes
place in the alveoli through diffusion

    0:09:46.720,0:09:53.680

as the gases are transported to and from the
cells by the circulatory system. This makes

    0:09:53.680,0:10:01.760

cellular respiration possible where cells extract
energy from digested food through its oxidation.

    0:10:01.760,0:10:07.600

Carbon dioxide is generated as a waste product
which then needs to be expelled out of the body

    0:10:07.600,0:10:15.120

    through external respiration called breathing.
    Breathing also controls speaking, laughing,

    0:10:15.120,0:10:22.560

    creating facial expressions and reflexes
like yawning, coughing and sneezing. The

    0:10:22.560,0:10:28.160

respiratory tract has the following different
parts in it to perform all these activities:

    0:10:28.880,0:10:36.640

    Upper airways – nasal cavities
    comprising nostrils, pharynx and larynx

    0:10:36.640,0:10:44.400

Lower airways – comprising trachea, mainstem
    bronchus, lobar bronchus, segmental bronchus,

    0:10:44.400,0:10:53.520

bronchiole and alveolar duct named alveolus
    Three Different Breathing Styles

    0:10:53.520,0:10:59.760

There are three different breathing styles
that people adopt as a lifelong habit.

    0:11:00.320,0:11:06.800

Diaphragmatic breathing (Deep breathing) is done
by contracting thoracic diaphragm for inhaling

    0:11:06.800,0:11:14.960

air inside the lungs. It is a muscle located
between the thoracic and the abdominal cavities.

    0:11:14.960,0:11:22.560

It comprises slow and deep inhalation through the
nose followed by slow and complete exhalation.

    0:11:22.560,0:11:29.200

Diaphragmatic breathing improves the blood flow
while reducing pulse rate and blood pressure. It

    0:11:29.200,0:11:34.560

also relaxes the vagal nerve and optimizes the
sympathetic mode of the nervous system which

    0:11:34.560,0:11:41.360

is the source of a ‘fight or flight’ response.
It is also one of the best cures for belly fat

    0:11:41.360,0:11:48.880

in particular and weight loss in general.
    Shallow breathing, also called thoracic

    0:11:48.880,0:11:56.480

breathing or chest breathing uses intercostal
muscles drawing much less air into the lungs.

    0:11:57.280,0:12:02.800

Clavicular breathing raises the shoulders and
    the collarbones (clavicles) while simultaneously

    0:12:02.800,0:12:10.160

contracting the abdomen for inhalation. Its
process is a very tiring one and cannot be

    0:12:10.160,0:12:18.000

held for long durations of maximum air intake.
One must opt for diaphragmatic breathing alone,

    0:12:18.000,0:12:24.400

because it takes the maximum air in. It’s
    also because diaphragmatic breathing alone

    0:12:24.400,0:12:30.480

    can awaken Kundalini pushing it
up after all the chakras go open.

    0:12:30.480,0:12:34.640

During exhalation, the lungs are left
    with the functional residual capacity

    0:12:34.640,0:12:43.120

of air which occupies a volume of 2.5-3
liters. An extended exhalation can reduce

    0:12:43.120,0:12:50.800

it further to 1 liter, not more than that.
In other words, one may extend their exhalation

    0:12:50.800,0:12:59.280

such that the leftover air in the lungs is
anywhere between this range of 1 to 2.5-3 liters.

    0:12:59.280,0:13:06.160

How Diaphragmatic Breathing Empties The Mind
How can breathing empty the mind?

    0:13:06.160,0:13:15.120

Emptying the mind means getting rid of all
its beliefs, habits, fears and desires. If

    0:13:15.120,0:13:23.520

we try to do this through conscious mental effort
using our will power, we fail miserably. This is

    0:13:23.520,0:13:31.920

because we are trying to kill the mind by the mind
itself. Why would the mind ever commit suicide?

    0:13:32.720,0:13:40.400

It is happy being in control not only of our
psychology but also our biology. It does so by

    0:13:40.400,0:13:47.520

turning our perceptions and urges mechanical.
It is only possible to empty the mind using

    0:13:47.520,0:13:55.360

itself when it is posed with an impending
emergency that it has no solution for. It

    0:13:55.360,0:14:02.480

stops working in such an impending scenario.
Consequently, it gets forced to surrender its

    0:14:02.480,0:14:10.480

reign over any action that could get rid of the
said scenario. Ultimately, in such a situation,

    0:14:10.480,0:14:17.120

the brain takes charge and performs the
appropriate action to come out of that scenario.

    0:14:17.120,0:14:23.920

The Story of My Mind Emptying Itself And Handing
Over The Charge to My Brain in An Emergency

    0:14:24.560,0:14:30.320

I remember a story from my life when my spirit of
adventure posed a similar challenge to my mind.

    0:14:30.320,0:14:36.880

And my mind just resigned. But my spirit
still went ahead with my brain alone and

    0:14:36.880,0:14:44.720

faced the challenge. My mind was absolutely
emptied in the process and, thus, held back.

    0:14:44.720,0:14:50.640

It was in the year 1992 that I visited
a beautiful, high altitude valley in

    0:14:50.640,0:14:57.040

the Himalayas named Manali. I had already
booked a cottage for a month-long stay over

    0:14:57.040,0:15:06.560

there. We were three in our family; my wife, my
six-year-old daughter and I. We were enjoying

    0:15:06.560,0:15:13.040

our stay, doing something new each day.
After around ten days, we thought of going

    0:15:13.040,0:15:19.280

on an unconventional trek in the valley - a
trek along the untrodden side of the River

    0:15:19.280,0:15:22.800

Beas that flowed through the valley. There
was no road on that side of the river. Any

    0:15:22.800,0:15:28.160

roads that existed would be on the
other side of the river from our trek.

    0:15:28.160,0:15:33.040

    Regardless, we started our trek
and kept moving along the river,

    0:15:33.040,0:15:42.640

upstream. After around half an hour of our trek,
the river got us stuck. It was taking a sharp turn

    0:15:42.640,0:15:49.440

there after hitting a high rock on our side of
the trek. So, there was no way to go further.

    0:15:50.080,0:15:58.000

We were a little disappointed. I looked around the
hill to the side of the river. I was looking for a

    0:15:58.000,0:16:05.600

bridle path, hoping to climb up a little and then
come down to move further along the river. That

    0:16:05.600,0:16:12.240

way, we could have circumvented the sharp turn and
climbed down to the river ahead of the sharp turn.

    0:16:12.960,0:16:19.120

As I was investigating the visible bridle
paths, I spotted a man standing at the hilltop

    0:16:19.120,0:16:27.840

looking curiously toward us. I shouted,
aiming my voice in his direction, “Hey!”

    0:16:27.840,0:16:34.240

“Hey!” the man shouted back from the hilltop.
I explained to him in my sign language

    0:16:34.240,0:16:38.320

    what we were up to.
    Seemingly a local,

    0:16:38.320,0:16:44.480

he immediately understood what we wanted. He
threw a fleeting look along the bridle paths

    0:16:44.480,0:16:52.000

up the hill. Then he looked down around the
river bend, and then waved at us to climb up.

    0:16:52.000,0:17:01.360

As we started climbing up, I spotted him coming
down toward us as well. That surprised me a bit.

    0:17:01.360,0:17:08.960

But as we climbed up a little further, I realized
why he had made his way down. As we reached a

    0:17:08.960,0:17:17.520

nearly horizontal patch lined up with a nearly
vertical rock, we found him standing up there.

    0:17:17.520,0:17:23.360

What a helping spirit combined with
    a curious involvement! He smiled,

    0:17:23.360,0:17:31.040

sitting atop the approximately 7 feet high
rock tilted at around 105o from the patch.

    0:17:31.920,0:17:39.680

“I had seen this rock from above and I knew you
would need my help to climb it,” he said, smiling.

    0:17:39.680,0:17:47.840

“Thanks a lot!” I felt grateful. As I looked
down once from where we were standing, I found

    0:17:47.840,0:17:55.520

us to be exactly over the river-bend which meant
that, by then, we had climbed a few hundred feet.

    0:17:56.240,0:18:02.400

The man lied down on his stomach on the
horizontal patch atop the rock. From there,

    0:18:02.400,0:18:10.480

he hung his arms down along the slope of the rock.
First, my wife held his hands and I pushed her

    0:18:10.480,0:18:17.120

from behind as he pulled her up to the top.
As the patch above the top was comparatively

    0:18:17.120,0:18:24.640

narrow, he made her sit a little away on a gentle
slope. Then he came back to the rock-top and lied

    0:18:24.640,0:18:32.800

down on his stomach hanging his arms down, again.
This time, I lifted my daughter and pushed her up

    0:18:32.800,0:18:40.320

from behind as he pulled her up easily. He made
her sit along with my wife and came back to the

    0:18:40.320,0:18:48.400

rock-top again. As he lied down on his stomach
a third time hanging his arms down to pull me up

    0:18:48.400,0:18:57.360

now, he realized it wouldn’t work.
    “Oh!” he exclaimed, disappointed.

    0:18:57.360,0:19:03.280

By then I, too, had realized that we
had not accounted for this scenario.

    0:19:03.280,0:19:09.200

With my wife and my daughter, I was
there below to push them up. But now,

    0:19:09.200,0:19:16.240

I was alone with no one to do the same for me.
The man and I looked into each other’s eyes

    0:19:16.240,0:19:21.760

and then down at the river below
    flowing with roaring ferocity.

    0:19:21.760,0:19:28.800

    “We forgot this,” I said.
    “Now?” he asked me.

    0:19:28.800,0:19:35.440

    “It’s risky,” I said with a sigh.
    “Disappointing,” he sighed back

    0:19:35.440,0:19:42.320

dropping his head on the top of the rock.
“Hey! Is it really impossible?” I looked

    0:19:42.320,0:19:51.200

at the height and the slope of the rock.
“Not exactly, but yes, almost!” he opined.

    0:19:51.200,0:20:00.720

“Why don’t we do it! I can push myself up with
all my might,” my adventure bug bit me further.

    0:20:00.720,0:20:06.480

“I don’t bother about myself. But you have a
family along. If you aren’t able to make it the

    0:20:06.480,0:20:14.000

very first time, we both will be down there in
the river. We will be flown away by its gushing

    0:20:14.000,0:20:22.080

waters…not to be found even as dead bodies,
ever! A drowning man catches at a straw. So,

    0:20:22.080,0:20:29.120

you’ll end up pulling me down as well!”
he explained what all it could entail.

    0:20:29.120,0:20:35.200

“Oh, then send them back and we will go down
the way we came up from,” I felt concerned

    0:20:35.200,0:20:42.800

about a stranger’s life not to be jeopardized.
“But I won’t feel good!” he exclaimed as he

    0:20:42.800,0:20:49.520

    looked into my eyes intently.
I kept looking back into his.

    0:20:49.520,0:20:55.120

“Okay, let’s do it. Just take care to sync
your push with my pull exactly at the same

    0:20:55.120,0:21:02.720

moment,” he finally gave his verdict.
“Think twice before you say yes,” I said.

    0:21:03.760,0:21:10.560

    “You too!” came his reply.
    “Ready?” I asked.

    0:21:10.560,0:21:14.960

    “Ready?” he asked.
    We both started

    0:21:14.960,0:21:24.320

counting aloud, “ One, two, three!”
As we counted three, I found myself lying

    0:21:24.320,0:21:32.400

along him up on the patch at the top of the rock.
Two sighs of relief from the two of us and we

    0:21:32.400,0:21:41.280

smiled calmly looking at each other’s faces!
I did it. In fact, my body did it. I didn’t

    0:21:41.280,0:21:47.280

know how I had done it. It was exactly like
what that middle-aged mechanic in my story in

    0:21:47.280,0:21:54.240

Episode 19 had done. He, too, didn’t have
any clue to how he had done what he had.

    0:21:55.040,0:22:00.640

My wife and daughter were oblivious
to what we both had come up through.

    0:22:00.640,0:22:07.200

My mind was just empty and it remained
so for a long while after.

    0:22:07.200,0:22:11.920

But habits die hard. The entire
pattern comes back to the same

    0:22:11.920,0:22:20.160

square one once the emergency gets over.
Hence, though imminent emergencies can empty

    0:22:20.160,0:22:28.240

our mind in a flash of a second, they aren’t a
permanent modus operandi. But yes, they can give

    0:22:28.240,0:22:35.920

us an instant glimpse of what an empty mind feels
and works like. They can certainly demonstrate

    0:22:35.920,0:22:43.840

the superiority of any action done on our part
without any doubt about it. That was what had

    0:22:43.840,0:22:52.000

happened in the above-mentioned story as well as
in the mechanic’s story mentioned in Episode 19.

    0:22:52.000,0:23:00.160

How to Empty The Mind Permanently
But then, how can the mind be permanently emptied?

    0:23:00.160,0:23:07.280

Remember the firsthand account of a first
timer in skydiving quoted before in Episode 20?

    0:23:07.280,0:23:16.240

I repeat it here for your convenience:
    I was OUT… everything mentally ended… over…

    0:23:16.240,0:23:25.840

started… me… perhaps more dead than alive… perhaps
more alive than I will ever be… breathing just as

    0:23:25.840,0:23:35.600

    I had been taught… wind… wind and breath… until
wind and breath became indiscernible, became as

    0:23:35.600,0:23:45.520

one… and yes, almost weightless… it was true! …
weightless and so surreal… there was the earth,

    0:23:45.520,0:23:54.960

neither coming at me, nor me at it, … no
up… no down… no me, in the ego sense of me,

    0:23:54.960,0:24:03.200

    just some thoughtless consciousness… and
yes, it was awesome simply to be… or not.

    0:24:03.200,0:24:10.800

The sky was in my lungs and it never once
occurred to me would the parachute open.

    0:24:10.800,0:24:19.520

It is a perfect example of a mind having gone
empty. And what a tremendous experience this was!

    0:24:19.520,0:24:27.600

But unfortunately, this, too, stays only for a
maximum duration of 6-7 minutes. That is while

    0:24:27.600,0:24:34.880

the skydiver is falling free before the parachute
opens. We could extend this time with the help of

    0:24:34.880,0:24:43.760

a virtual reality simulator without even having
a real skydiving session. But how long for?

    0:24:43.760,0:24:48.960

We could even consider improving the quality
of virtual free-fall simulator as compared

    0:24:48.960,0:24:55.360

to a real skydiving session. That could
    even entail removing the decelerating

    0:24:55.360,0:25:01.360

effect of air with a better control on
    experiencing acceleration due to gravity.

    0:25:02.240,0:25:07.200

We could hypothesize that such a perfect
simulation for a certain minimum time

    0:25:07.200,0:25:13.120

might empty the mind permanently as well.
In fact, I am already working on a project

    0:25:13.120,0:25:20.240

that proposes to testify this hypothesis
    under strict laboratory conditions.

    0:25:20.240,0:25:27.200

But we cannot wait for this hypothesis to
get proved correct. We do have a surer method

    0:25:27.200,0:25:33.360

though a little slower than the proposed
hypothesis, at least for the time being.

    0:25:33.360,0:25:40.000

And that is what I have already mentioned
in this episode. We can easily keep emptying

    0:25:40.000,0:25:47.440

our mind continuously with every single extended
exhalation when all our chakras are open. From a

    0:25:47.440,0:25:54.800

vitalistic angle, it amounts to sending periodical
surges of kundalini from an open root chakra to

    0:25:54.800,0:26:02.880

an open crown chakra. From a materialistic angle,
it amounts to sending periodical surges of neural

    0:26:02.880,0:26:08.960

communication from the gut to the brain.
Whatever it might be, but it does fill the

    0:26:08.960,0:26:16.720

crown of the head with inexplicable joy through
every single extended exhalation. Along with joy,

    0:26:16.720,0:26:22.560

it also embellishes the brain with
    newer energy and newer insights.

    0:26:22.560,0:26:29.120

And every surge of this inexplicable joy keeps
the mind emptied for its duration, in fact a

    0:26:29.120,0:26:38.160

little longer. Before it starts waning, the next
surge appears with the next extended exhalation,

    0:26:38.160,0:26:41.722

    reinforcing the mind’s emptiness again.
In case we ever miss the sequence, the sky

    0:26:41.722,0:26:41.995

is not going to fall loose on earth. We can pick
the thread of breath up from wherever it right

    0:26:41.995,0:26:42.240

now is and restart the sequence once again.
That is what Skeletal Leap rewards us with!
