Kiran Ravandur is a yogi, healer, and humanitarian from the village of Ravandur in South India. He founded Anahata Eco Retreat, a healing sanctuary rooted in Nature, Ayurveda, and Yoga, welcoming people from over 35 countries. He is also the visionary behind Shanti Dhama, a dedicated space for children with disabilities, and Karunashraya, a community for elderly people. His life and work are guided by one simple message: One Earth, One Mind, One Humanity.
In this episode, Kiran shares his journey from a childhood of poverty in rural India - working as a florist at age seven to help his family, to questioning religious rituals while experiencing hunger, discovering yoga and Ayurveda in Mysore, and following an inner calling to build Anahata from scratch.
He talks about his philosophy of life, his work with elderly and disabled communities, the inspiring story of Ashwini, and his new project Shanti Dhama. A conversation about faith, service, and never giving up.
