ENCORE: How Gamification Can Build Inclusive, High-Performing Teams

This is an encore presentation from a previously aired episode from July 8, 2022. Gamification is not exactly new, but it certainly holds potential for workplaces in the future. Gamification is essential if we want to have any success at work as it can bring teams together and help build camaraderie in the workplace. Further, it can build morale and increase productivity along with creating stronger ties to the mission and values of an organization. Gamification brings pieces from games into situations that weren’t meant to be a game, adding an element of excitement and engagement.
