The entry points into the martial arts are common, self-defense, health, and long life.  The motion of your body and how it interacts with the others – yes that is key.  The high level of physical dominance that can come off of a person that plays percussive sports – and so do martial arts.  The over-rotation of the entry point and what can happen in respect to imbalance when the entry point is perused to the extreme. The self-consuming snake ( the ouroboros ) + a little visual journey that will demonstrate how your mind can have a hard time grappling with the place you have assigned ideas, people and martial arts.  And some simple recommendations that will explode your training.
