On June 21, 1947 six UFO’s reportedly flew over Harold Dahl’s boat near Maury Island, a few miles from Tacoma, Washington. One of the craft, they noticed, was flying erratically. When it got over their boat, the wobbling craft ejected some kind of molten material that steamed when it hit the water. The ejected material injured his son’s arm and killed the Dahl’s dog.  The UFO was then bumped by one of its counterparts and then flew away. This is where the story really gets bizarre.  We explain the myths and the mysteries, and we ask a lot more questions than anyone has asked, so far.

The Olympic Mountain Bigfoot Connection – Since 1997 four people have gone missing without a trace in the Olympic National Park of Washington State. In most cases there are few suspects and in all the cases of the Olympic National Park missing people, no trace was ever found of the missing individuals. On this podcast, we will look at the particular circumstances of Jacob Gray, Zack Krull, Gilbert Mark Gilman and John Devine, all of whom were reported missing and who were never seen again. We look at the circumstances similarities and possibilities of what happened to these people.

In the last interview of former law enforcement official and Bigfoot researcher Rich Germeau, we are able to speak candidly with an insider from the law enforcement community, and the answers are astounding. We look at the cases of David Paulides’ Missing 411 and how local communities, politicians and law enforcement react when the evidence might lead to creatures inhabiting the woods who are territorial and sometimes predatory. We look at the political and practical considerations of Bigfoot. Is Bigfoot still a political pariah or is Bigfoot gaining in the popular vote? What effects will that have on the creature?

The Germeau Encounters Series continues. After a thorough explanation of the backstory behind the encounters at Lake Cushman in Washington State, Rich Germeau takes us to the exact site where he had a number of Class B encounters. Focusing on a beautiful stream and run-off pool in the midst of huge granite boulders in the thick forest, Rich Germeau explains how his attempts to get video proof of Sasquatch was thwarted once again by the creatures. At one point, the creatures (or someone) literally drew a line in the sand, or stream. The behavior Rich Germeau encountered demonstrates a number of intellectual and territorial aspects that go beyond the behaviors at Harstine Island and, if true, provide psychological insights into these creatures that cannot be ignored.

Rich Germeau joins us on Encounters USA for another special edition podcast. In a special three part podcast series, Mr. Germeau leads us to the very spot where had a number of interactions with Bigfoot creatures on Harstine Island. In the opening part, Matthew Heines conducts an interview with Rich Germeau about his background and about his first encounter in La Push in 2008. As we trek through the rough undergrowth, Rich explains how the interaction took place in a step-by-step recounting of the events and reports leading up to his encounters between 2008 - 2012. In our opening segment, Rich Germeau will explain about his background in law enforcement and how it brought him to encounter one of the great mysteries of our time.

What Bob Lazar found was that instead of a being a hero, he became less than zero. Thirty years later we find out what influenced his decision, that his harassment continues and that he regrets his decision to try to save the world. Is this a new story to anyone?

Encounters USA takes you to one of America’s true hotspots, the Hudson Valley New York on the Paranormal Hotspots Series.
