The 7th fruit of the Spirit is faithfulness. I have highlighted these virtues in light of our relationships. Today I want to show from Scripture how we can be faithful in our most important relationship, our marriage.

I have chosen to translate the 6th fruit of the Spirit "goodness" as integrity, which means undivided, whole, congruent. Being the same in private as you are in public. I discuss integrity in speech, in confessing sin, and in daily living.

Kindness is the 5th Fruit of the Spirit in our sermon series. God is kind and we are to be like Him. We will see what kindness looks like through the story of the Good Samaritan. He showed compassion, took action and changed someone's life for the better.

This sermon deals with patience in light of our relationships particularly with anger and gives 7 keys for handling your anger effectively.

Jesus said we must "become as little children" to enter the kingdom of God. Is this a beautiful view of God's love or just crazy ramblings?

The third Fruit of the Spirit is peace. I will be discussing how you can bring peace into your relationships by being a peacemaker. Using the word peace, we'll see 5 steps to being a peacemaker.

The second Fruit of the Spirit is joy. Joy isn't happiness. It isn't based on circumstances. It is the sense of delight that arises within us in the presence of someone or something we love. Joy is an attitude and a choice. We'll see how a prophet named Habakkuk found joy.

The first sermon in the Fruit of the Spirit Sermon Series is on love, Keeping Love Alive. We will learn what love is and how it acts, for love is a verb & verbs are action words.

Lots of people are living broken worlds, their lives shattered. Peter was such a person after denying he even knew the Lord. But Jesus reached out to him and restored him to usefulness again. Jesus, because He's alive, is still resurrecting & restoring broken lives.
