Kindness is simply something our world needs more of. Kindness, says the Bible, is part of the Fruit of the Spirit. 

10 year ago we lost a brave soldier, Stephen Monkhouse. Some of us still feel the loss. However, God binds up the brokenhearted                                  

 Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure. The LORD lifts up the humble;b he casts the wicked to the ground.

God gave us loads of great things, Nature is such a gift and yet we treat it so badly. Let's stop dropping rubbish in the beauty of our countryside

Every year, year after year the Forth Bridge (Rail) had to be painted. As soon as it is finished it needed to be started again. The Christian life can seem like that.
