Roe vs. Wade did not agree with what many abortion advocates call for, that is, a totally unrestricted right to abortion. Fr. Frank Pavone of Priests for Life analyzes parts of the decision.

While most find it hard to believe, Roe vs. Wade introduced a policy whereby abortion is considered constitutional even if carried out on a healthy baby of a healthy mother in the very last weeks of pregnancy. Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life explains.
