Ava and Brie are making progress, but they are running low on supplies. And they're not the only ones. They meet an old traveler heading the other way. He doesn't have much and he warns them of a terrifying group of survivors who are preying on others. Meanwhile, Jay and company are in a national forest having their own troubles. Jay takes it upon himself to go hunting for the group, but he gets a scary surprise when he later returns to camp.

Meanwhile, Jay and company stumble upon the San Diego Zoo Safari Park where they find some of the animals have escaped and others have been eaten. When they discover the dead elephants, they know that something much larger is roaming around the area.
