Fintech startup Wagestream are on a mission to put all payday loan companies out of business by giving employees access to their wages in real-time, increasing financial wellbeing and employee engagement in the process.

Headed up by serial entrepreneur Peter Briffett, Wagestream raised $51million in Series A funding in 2019, with earlier investors including Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos.
