The paycheck-to-paycheck cycle has significant impacts on physical, financial, and mental health. That said, there are several factors that contribute to this cycle, including systemic inequalities. If I had my way, many people would make a lot more and/or the cost of living would match people's pay. In this episode, I'll outline a two-stage approach to bring this cycle to an end.
