More than 7 years ago, writer and thinker Steve Phillips was among the first to tackle this issue in his book Brown is the New White: How the Demographic Revolution Has Created a New American Majority, which became a bestseller.
Phillips’ new book is called How We Win the Civil War: Securing a Multiracial Democracy and Ending White Supremacy for Good.
