Every time when a season in your life ends, a new one begins (so obviously, this episode marks the start of a new season). It’s extremely fluent - at least that is what we expect. Something that I found out (with the help of meditation *7mind* ;)) ) is that after each exhale, there is always a little break before the next inhale - we literally TAKE a breath. More often than not, however, we tend to skip this pause in the flow of life. What‘s the problem? We metaphorically hyperventilate which leads to us eventually being forced to take a break because we are so out of breath, so exhausted. In this episode I am trying (yes, very figuratively) to somehow explain my idea of the breath and the break in between breath as applied to life itself. To me it seems like a no-brainer but one that I never really understood. So maybe this is enlightening to some of you as well! And if not, let me know what your strategy is for times of change.
