I cannot lie - I have not felt best over the past few weeks. You know when there is something off with your body and you feel yucky! Well that was me! So I lady'd up and schedule an endocrinologist appointment to see what's going on. I just had lab work taken this morning (Friday and that's why my podcast came out late - sorry guys) and Im excited to see my results!
