On this podcast we go back to our original crew. Jason is here to talk about Unturned, Jay tells us about his exciting new life at sea in Pixel Piracy, then we all board the Watch Dogs hate train for one more good laugh.
Jay returns on this week’s podcast along with Doug to talk about Electonic Arts’ new subscription program, we try to figure out the Iron Banner in the Destiny beta, and then Jared talks about the horrible mistake that was trying to get Sniper Elite 3 to run on his Xbox One.
You might recognize the distinctive gravelly voice you hear on tonight’s podcast as our beloved Jason Brown. He along with Doug, Lucio, and Jared gather to celebrate our fabulous entry into mid-podcast-life crisis mode. To celebrate the occasion we talk a little bit more about the Divinity: Original Sin before delving into an exciting new game that you can play along with at home.
In today’s podcast we talk about the latest additions to Smash Bros. Lucio is once again let down by Grand Theft Auto V, and Jared gets a pleasant surprise in the form of Shovel Knight.
What better way to kick off this week’s podcast than by spoiling the lame ending to Watch Dogs? If you’re seriously invested in the tragic story of Aiden Pierce it would be best if you skipped straight to 7:45.
Doug Wilson joins us to fill in for our dearly departed friend Lucio and together we talk Bloodborne and Dvinity: Original Sin.
Were you scared you’d never see us again? No? Fine, then fuck you too. We finally return from our chaotic June to talk about some straggling E3 details, Watch Dogs, Murdered: Soul Suspect, and Tomodachi Life.
We’re back in the saddle now, and we’ll be seeing you again next week.
You’ll notice this episode sounds, eh, maybe not so great. That’s because it was recorded on location in the dining room of the house we’re renting in Los Angeles. Why are we in Los Angeles? Why E3 of course! Come hear Jay and Jared talk about everything you’re excited for, we have thoughts on Smash Bros, Hyrule Warriors, The Witcher 3, The Division, Assassin’s Creed: Unity, and a bunch more.
Don’t worry, the podcast should return to its normal sound quality on June 25th.
This week’s podcast is our last before our schedules all get kinda wonky for June so we make the most of it by talking about The Evil Within’s sweet pre-order bonuses, Watch Dogs’ release, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Lucio attempts (and fails) to explain Drakengard 3 to Jared, and we end things with a little bit of wild E3 speculation.
On this week’s podcast we talk a bit about Far Cry 4 and Halo 5’s announcements, Jay and Lucio spend some time with Transistor, and Jared and Jay try their very hardest not to spoil anything while they gush about The Walking Dead.
Lucio is in another country or some shit this week so it’s up to Jay and Jared to carry an entire show by themselves. We cover as much news as we can find from the past two weeks including Watch Dog’s final resolutions, Earth: Year 2066’s controversial release, EA’s online server shutdowns, and then Jared shares his thoughts on Child of Light.
