After receiving a diagnosis at 25, Sharon chose to explore alternative healing methods rather than rely on lifelong medication. Through discovering various tools and modalities that supported her own recovery—and while working in a chiropractic office—she began to recognize that physical trauma can sometimes lead to a fragmentation of the spirit. This realization inspired her to study energetics and frequency more deeply, focusing on helping clients reconnect their energetic and physical bodies.
Sharon has since developed an innovative, new-age technology that blends sound and vibration to enhance her client work. Her latest passion centers on calming the nervous system, and she has created a powerful series of Frequency Activations and Meditations designed to support deep, transformative healing.
Sharon is the founder of Sacred Awareness Healing, a compassion-care modality rooted in nervous system regulation, embodied listening, and relational presence. Her work bridges clinical understanding and holistic practice, supporting practitioners in learning how to work with the body rather than imposing technique, pressure, or performance.
Sharon serves as a mentor and frequency specialist, offering guidance in nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the use of sound, vibration, and subtle support as tools for integration rather than stimulation. Her role centers on helping practitioners develop discernment, grounded intuition, and sustainable ways of working that prevent burnout while improving client outcomes.
