One of my go-to tools in my Personal Owner’s Manual is an Energy Chargers Menu. In today’s episode I introduce the concept of energy chargers and drainers and share examples of each. At one point I struggle to remember the name of the astronaut in Apollo 13 who has to conserve amps in order to restart the computer on the spacecraft (it is Ken Mattingly… UGH!). I was inspired to make a new tool for my POM I call “Charging Your Battery” and am posting a picture if you want to check it out. I hope you are inspired to capture a “menu” of items that charge your batteries as you hear the many examples I share.
