Elevator to Elevator is one of my 'Brain Children'.
It surrounds more than 10 years of research into the power someone's energy has over the person they are standing next to.

Elevator to Elevator means exactly that, we are all in a space to lift each other up at moments in time.  It's something we look for in people, it's what we look for in our friends, in our children's friends, in our work spaces, in our communities, where we buy our coffee.  We notice happiness.  We look for it.  Because our brains KNOW that happier means a higher chance of survival.  Happier means further away from Stress.

Today's 'Great Chat with Krista' is raw, unedited, no pretty tunes, nothing that I could use as an excuse to not press Publish today.   Imposter Syndrome, Procrastination... There's a reason I sit DEEP in the world of Behavioural Sciences, my brain still and will forever play with me ;)
