In this episode (freestyle, lol) I share with y’all how lately I’ve had to ‘get stingy’ with my life’s currency #energy. I’ve been more mindful of different areas of my life that breeds toxicity (complaining, gossiping, negative thoughts), and I’m making a conscious decision to minimize my subscription to BS. And in return I’ve had more energy to utilize in areas where I’d like to see more growth and results. ❤️ Enjoy.
