What happens when you peel back everything? Your looks. Your hair. Your strength. Your health. Who are you without the identity you think you have created? 

In this episode, Hanna releases her attachment to her perceived identities in real-time with the help of her spiritual teacher Tamara. 

Tamara shows us all, what it means to be stripped of who we think we are and what we are left with when its all taken away. 

What are you left with when you start to peel back your many roles and perceived identities? 

This might be the most transparent, real, raw episode yet! 

Tamara and Hanna are normally very open about their thoughts on religion, spirituality and their openness in accepting others' beliefs and views on religion/spirituality as long as what they believe doesn't hurt or discriminate against others. In their openness, they have been approached by individuals that want the girls to adopt their 'truth'.  

While they know and hope these messages come from a good place, do the messengers know how their words affect someone that is deep into their own spiritual journey? Moreover, what it does to someone that has found peace in her spirituality while coping with a terminal illness. A very real question the girls ask is, "If I don't accept your truth, are you saying I am going to hell?" 

In previous episodes, although open to all healthy and positive beliefs the girls might have been vague about their own personal belief systems, in this episode, you will get their entire heart.

In Tamara and Hanna's quest to explore different lifestyles they have brought on a special guest, Nanci Kennedy. 

The girls 'found' Nanci through Instagram.  Nanci connected with them after listening to a podcast they had with Annie Knoll. She is a listener-turned guest! 

Nanci describes her lifestyle as - cultivating peace, grace and intention through mindful parenting, eclectic homeschooling and regenerative farming. 

They learn what natural living means to Nanci's family, especially when it comes to food and products. One of the many benefits of natural living is how it spills into her parenting. They have a very honest conversation about gentle/conscious/mindful parenting verse the parenting styles we are more accustomed to.
