Energy Potion - A Flesh and Blood Podcast

Mr Energy and John Potion sit down for coffee, squash and a chat about the suddenly OVERCROWDED world of competitive Flesh and Blood following the US Nationals and some of the Mastery Pack Warrior spoilers.

Yes we do start talking about FaB about 2 minutes and 15 seconds in...

What did Toby award Kyle (cupoftcg) first place for?

Is the OVERWHELMING SWING of Mastery Pack Warrior going to OVERPOWER the meta?

What tricks allowed the US Nats winner to PADDLE FASTER than the competition?

And how do we feel abbot the tech that led a PLUNDER RUN on the poor assasin players?

All this and more in this weeks (months maybe) episode of The Energy Potion Podcast

Mr Energy and John Potion settle down for a calm and entirely unhyped discussion about the upcoming meta now we have seen Zyggy in action and had some new rules.  Did I say entirely unhyped?  Unhyped like the FAMILIAR STORY of a mechanologist with HIGH OCTANE!

As the new set will be here in the BLINK OF AN EYE join us we discuss how this new illusionist will warp the meta.

Will the rules update TEMPT OVER the warrior players to dust off their decks?

And can Toby really justify playing Rhinar into this meta with a CLEAR CONSCIENCE?

Just seen the new Fable from the premier as I type this.  We need to have another chat again soon!

Mr Energy and John Potion discuss the latest happenings in our favourite card game Flesh and Blood.

Can we apply our BECKONING BRILLIANCE to divine what the future holds with Omens of the Third Age?

Has the recent meta been a mere OMINOUS RESPITE before the Lighting heroes arrive?

Which heroes will get the boost needed to SETTLE THE BILL at the upcoming Nats?

Has our combined FERAL INSTINCT already deduced the new BDIF?

Join us as we STEP BETWEEN the highlights of the new spoilers!

We would like to apologise to out loyal fan for the lack of content this year.  We are grateful for your BLESSING OF PATIENCE.

We have been a little stuck in a NULL TIME ZONE of scheduling conflicts but we hope you never doubted our UNWAVERING RESOLVE to return!

This episode was recorded a few weeks ago but we think we are there now for recording and production and should be back to our regular selves with a THUMP.

Sorry everyone.  In the rush to get the episode out before going to EUIC (Pokemon are cool) it appears we failed to include the audio for Mr Energy and John Potion in the export.  Here it is again with actual sound (apparently that's good for a podcast).

Lara, Toby and John sit down with Emmental flavour Walkers crisps (33% success rate) and reflect on a weekend taking part in the World Premiere for Compendium of Rathe.

Yes we could have published the lost episodes instead but this felt like a better use of our time... Maybe they will resurface one day.

The festive season and the start of the year were a TEST OF VIGOUR!  But Mr Energy and John Potion haven't stopped talking about our favourite TCG.  It has just been the production schedule that has RUN INTO TROUBLE.

We hear the WILL OF THE CROWD and will be speeding along those episodes that have been LOST IN TRANSIT so we can bring our PEN hot takes when we chat after this amazing spoiler weekend!

In this episode Toby, Lara and John chat about the end of Blitz and the rise of SAGE with guest appearances from competitors at the Dice and Destiny Blitz Skirmish!!!

They took BRAND WITH CINDERCLAW... some other things also happend.

Was this meta really FROZEN TO DEATH?

Did we need a SHAKE DOWN?

Have we had the BLESSING OF DELIVERANCE we need for the RtN season in 2 weeks?

Will the top decks SEEK VENGENCE for this attempt to hobble them?

Or will a new hero take a PLUNDER RUN for the top spot?

Mister Energy and John Potion sit down and discuss... pretty much the same things we talked about last week...

Welcome to Energy Potion - A Flesh and Blood Podcast where we chat about trying, failing and sometimes succeeding to play Flesh and Blood as competitively as we can.

Recorded at a secret location in front of a live audience.

This is very much the quiet season giving us the gift of SHELTER FROM THE STORM of gaming that is coming.

What knowledge did we glean from the HERALD OF ERUDITITION that was the SAGE Battle Hardened in Valencia?

How did the Top 8 heroes from the Calling last week TAKE UP THE MANTLE of winningiest decks without any new cards?

What other gifts do SQUIZZY & FLOOF have left for us to look forward to this year?

Mister Energy and John Potion sit down with... mince pies!!!  Is it that time of the year already? Tell you what it isn't time for, an OASIS RESPITE from the BARRAGING BEATDOWN of competitive Flesh and Blood!

Welcome to Energy Potion - A Flesh and Blood Podcast where we chat about trying, failing and sometimes succeeding to play Flesh and Blood as competitively as we can.

Forget VENGEANCE NEVER RESTS, the real insomniac is competitive Flesh and Blood!

Has your off-season been plagued by a RESTLESS COALESCENCE of upcoming events?

Are you READY TO ROLL in Blitz for Skirmish? Has there even been a Blitz meta for two sets?

How should you be preparing to REINFORCE THE LINE of your local RtN event in Jan?

What CINDERING FORESIGHT is required to prepare for the World Premiere of PEN?

How do you prepare for the BREAK OF DAWN of SAGE with a Calling using cards we won't see until the day before the event?

And if all that didn't leave you with a TREMOR OF RESISTANCE, there's a PQ season almost immediately after that as well?

If that weren't enough, guess who earned the RAPTUROUS APPLAUSE of victory at an Armoury with this Rhinar list? - https://fabrary.net/decks/01K9VNEKM9XZRTJMSJ4A7MJJRR
