Energy Speaks

Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist,

Carrie Trubenbach has been ministering through her music for over ten years in California. She has been singing in choirs since she was knee high and began writing her own songs when she first picked up the guitar at age 17, while living in Brazil.

She began her Metaphysical studies in Santa Cruz while attending Inner Light Ministries. That is when her lyrics began to reflect her Spiritual journey.

She sang at the Monterey Jazz Festival with the Inner Light Ministries choir, and performed her own music at various metaphysical churches in Northern California.

Carrie is a spiritual psychotherapist/coach/teacher and her passion is assisting others on their journey connecting within to their higher Self. Her music reaches the heart beyond the words.

Words from Wisdom, “My journey is assisting others to connect within and shift to a happier and more awakened full life, from FEAR to LOVE. I help us remember who we truly are: Spirit having a human experience; to shift from identifying oneself as a human doing to a human being. The shift is always miraculous!”

“Songs that come through me connect me to my higher Self. They remind me of the greater I Am. My music is about experiencing the Divinity within.

The lyrics are part of a spiritual song that illumines the Truth. Singing them is about sharing that Divinity. The prayer is always that it will go where it’s needed as healing reminders of who we truly are.”

In 2013, I had a wake up call.  I realized I needed something different in my life, and so I began my spiritual journey of growth and discovery!

I started working with a spiritual coach.  I committed to meditating every day, and utilized various techniques to manifest my desires. My transformation was life changing, and I realized that I had gifts that I could use to help others to transform and lead more joyous and abundant lives.

In June of 2020, Spirit guided me to move during the pandemic.  I was provided with signs to move to Gulfport, Florida, a place that I had never heard of and that I had never visited.  I sold my home in Phoenix to a cash buyer in 21 days and found a place to live, before I even arrived.  It has been a magical journey ever since.

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, and I have hiked by myself all over the United States and Canada.  Nature feeds my soul, and this has allowed me to reflect on my own journey, and to continue my own personal growth.

I believe you start your meditations practice with 5 minutes, and expand it as you get more comfortable.  This deeper connection with yourself will start you on your path to inner peace!

Join me on this beautiful journey!

Born in rural NC but having spent most of her life in St. Petersburg, FL, Mendi is a creator of crystal art and jewelry with a focus on wands and orgone energy. She's also Mom of two and "Mimi" to four tiny grandchildren.

Her journey began with a deep curiosity that turned to a deep love of esoterics and occult mysteries. Over the decades these studies helped her develop an intuitive sense for crystal energies, weather and celestial energies, along with color and sound energies/magic.

Underneath all of that is a creative spirit that thrives in art of all kinds. She has focused heavily on photography, painting, and has been a vocalist since her youth.

Always learning, today she's a student and occasional practitioner of herbal and plant magic, studying ways to utilize the unique vibrational signatures held by each type of plant, flower and tree. This has set the stage to expand on her creations of beautiful, crystal-adorned, wooden wands made from a variety of woods for a variety of intentions and energies. A customer favorite, her wands move energy, are individually unique and personally empowering.
