The care sector is in crisis.

Supply vs. the demand in talent for the health and social care sector is unbalanced, and it’s causing a ripple effect.

Take the NHS for example: Predictions indicate a potential shortfall of between 260,000 and 360,000 staff by 2036/37 if current trends continue without effective intervention.

This is a real life and unavoidable issue experienced by care sector employers across the country. Time and focus is hard to find when you’re always fire fighting vacancy shortages.

So how can employer brand management support the challenge of attracting care talent into the sector, while empowering them in their roles?

It starts with the actual experience.
