In today's podcast we give a short tribute to Kobe Bryant who was tragically killed in a helicopter accident along with his daughter Gianna & 7 other people. Kobe was an amazing basketball player but he had an outstanding work ethic and mentality which really was a driving force. 

I finished the book 'That will never work' by Marc Randolph which discusses the birth of Netflix and his role in the business. It's a great book and at the end he shares some insight into 8 steps for success that his father taught him and that he's passed on to his children.
