Health Minister Dr. Joe Phaahla says they are engaging National Treasury for additional budget to employ newly qualified doctors. He was responding to the delays in the placement of graduate doctors. Phaahla says most of the affected doctors have been allocated posts but were unable to work due to lack of funding.
