This earth is our home. It is the only home we will ever have. We cant leave it. We belong here. We have created so many spectacular things with the resources that are here and so many spectacular things have been created on this planet by our own great mother Gaia. It would be such a shame to let all that go.

How we shape the world effects the future generations now more than ever. We can leave them fighting for their lives returning to the planet to a jungle, or we can leave them the peace and technology we have gained over the last generations.

Become love. Live from a place of love and compassion for all beings. Spread that love to others, we as an entire species need to shift our collective consciousness to one that is aligned with love rather than fear and separation. In order to save ourselves, we need to love each other.

What do you think living in a place of love could do for the world? Maybe you are more loving and throughout your lifetime inspire just one person to make the change? It may just cause a ripple effect. Maybe if we all find a way to show more love to each other, we will inspire an over all change in the way the world ticks. Maybe we can change the world through love.  Maybe this Meditation is the first step.

Love always comes first. It is what brings us into this world and what binds us together.  Love is our own true essence, it is the answer to all of our worries.  When we accept love into our lives, we open to the whole world.  True love is knowing that we are all one, that there is no separation between the soul in our bodies and the souls in others and the one soul that permeates every molecule in the universe.
