Every conversation in English relies on a handful of small phrases that carry a lot of weight. In this episode of English Shadowing with Temmy, we focus on three of them: are you sure, as far as, and I will let you know.

1. Are You Sure

This phrase is used to check someone's confidence in what they just said or decided. It's a gentle way to double-check information or confirm before moving forward.

• Are you sure this is the right address?
• Are you sure you don't want any help with that?

2. As Far As

This phrase sets a limit on what you know or believe. Followed by "I know" or "I'm concerned," it adds honesty and precision to a sentence.

• As far as I know, the meeting starts at 10 AM.
• As far as I'm concerned, the plan is already decided.

3. I Will Let You Know

This phrase promises to share information once it becomes available. It's polite and common in both casual and professional English.

• I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
• Once I check my schedule, I'll let you know.
