Irish Family History Show 205
with Mike O'Laughlin.
We have another special interview today.
with James Nelson, which could be
translated into: Seamus McNeil. His family ties
run back to Bangor, near Belfast, in Northern
Ireland, and then into County Sligo and he
is 100% Irish by declaration !
He also chides me a bit for the pronunciation
of my own name, now, can you imagine that !
I will be meeting up with them on the 10th of
December in Lawrence at their concert, and
be sure to stay tuned to find out where else
they will be singing in December... Texas and
Nebraska, and Kansas, and Connecticut, N.J.,
and Ottowa.
James is a member of the Celtic Tenors,
and we will hear all about the group, the tour,
Catholic and Protestant; North and South;
Kenya orphans and Swahili song; his studies
in Sean Nos and more in just a few moments.
