I sometimes get asked to share more ideas and insights about the thought tools I make videos about on my YouTube channel.
Some of these tools are almost 100 years old.
While they’re still awesome, they aren’t the latest and greatest for personal transformation.
Human beings are always discovering new ideas and insights to understand and improve our experience.
The result of this is new and improved spiritual and thought tools we can use.
So in this episode I thought I’d share some of these ideas with you.
Thanks for listening!

In this episode it’s all about discipline.
As you and I both know, discipline is the deciding factor between realizing our goals and dreams in life and failing to do so.
Being a recovering comfortaholic, I struggle with discipline from time to time.
That’s why I look to people at the top of their discipline game for inspiration and motivation.
I get a lot of that inspiration from Jocko Willink, the former Navy Seal who, quite frankly epitomizes discipline in my opinion.
You can see why I say that and see his discipline in action every morning by following him on instagram.
Here’s another thought-provoking quote on discipline from Robin Sharma’s book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.
Through the steel of discipline, you will forge a character rich with courage and peace. Through the virtue of will, you are destined to rise to life’s highest ideal and live within a heavenly mansion filled with all that is good, joyful and vital. Without them, you are lost like a mariner without a compass, one who eventually sinks with his ship.
