Mobility is designed to loosen your joints from head to toe and prepare you for the dynamic warm-up. The dynamic warm-up will get you moving, increase blood flow and heart rate in preparation for the workout-of-the-day. The workout-of-the-day is designed to build overall body strength focusing on big body parts including your legs, hips, core, arms and chest. If you perform the workout at a consistent pace for the number of repetitions and rounds required, you will elevate your heart rate and receive cardiovascular benefits.
