Take a moment to think through this important command with us and seek to "give thanks in everything; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (1 Thess. 5:18)

At the beginning of the new year, many made resolutions to monitor their diet and eat healthier. It is important to be healthy about the things we put in our stomach but it is even more important that we are healthy with what we put in our hearts and minds. Without healthy eating, you limit your growth and this is the same in a spiritual sense. God provides such a bountiful feast for us to enjoy. Come and dig in!
