Enjoying Christ in His word

Lord Jesus, we praise You as the One coming to establish the kingdom of God and reign with the overcoming saints! Amen, Lord, we want to be the overcomers in this age who will rule and reign with You when You return! Amen! How we praise the Lord for being the Establisher of the kingdom coming to reign with the overcoming believers! It is these overcomers who bring in the kingdom of Jesus Christ, so they will reign with Christ for a thousand years. They sit on the throne and judge, being one with Christ to rule and reign for God. They enjoy the best resurrection, and death has no ground in them. Lord Jesus, we want to cooperate with You today in this age so that, when You return, we may be those who rule and reign with You over all things! Amen, Lord, may Your kingdom come and Your will be done!

As seen in Revelation 20, after Christ defeats all His enemies and casts Satan into the abyss, the millennial kingdom will come. God's kingdom will come to the earth, and the enemy is bound for one thousand years. We want to be there on that day, ruling and reigning with the Lord as the co-kings in the heavenly part of the millennial kingdom. So we cooperate with Him today to be His overcomers! Lord Jesus, make us Your ovecoming saints today! Make us those who rule and reign with You when You return and cast Satan into the abyss, thus bringing in the kingdom of God on earth! Amen!

Lord Jesus, we love You and we want to pursue You in love! Amen, Lord, may we serve You faithfully, following the Lamb wherever He goes! Amen! On the positive side, we need to serve the Lord faithfully in His house by giving food to His people at the proper time. On the negative side, we need to be warned concerning loving the present evil age, mistreating our fellow believers, and keeping company with worldly people, all of which stem from an evil heart. If we say that our Master delays, we may indulge in many things which will cut us off from the enjoyment of Christ and the fellowship of the Body. Lord Jesus, may we love Your appearing and not love the present evil age! May we love the saints and not mistreat them! May we flee youthful lusts and pursue Christ! Amen!

Lord Jesus, we want to follow the Lamb wherever He may go today! May we go on to maturity to become the firstfruits, those in God's presence on Mount Zion for God's satisfaction! Amen! If we want to be the firstfruits to God, we need to be faithful in service in the Lord's commission by giving God as food to the members of God's household. We need to not only walk with God personally but even more, be faithful in our service to the Lord in His household to minister Christ with all His riches constituted into us to the saints. To the sinners, we minister Christ as the gospel, and to the saints, we give them food at the proper time. Lord Jesus, make us channels of supply today. We give ourselves to You to just enjoy You and to minister God as food to the people in God's household! Amen!

Lord Jesus, we want to walk with God by faith in our Christian life today. We want to remain in constant fellowship with God in all things and concerning all things. Amen, Lord, we bring all things to You in prayer and we want to walk with You! Amen! As seen in the pattern of Enoch, we can be well pleasing to God and be raptured to be in His presence if we walk with God by faith. This means that we don't things without fellowship with God, and we remain in our spirit, where the Lord is. We deny the self, for walking with God exposes us and kills the self. We exercise our spirit of faith and we live in the organic union with Him. Lord Jesus, make us those who deny the self and walk with God to escape death and be well pleasing to God! Amen!

Lord Jesus, cause us to see that Satan is joined to our soul-life. May we be those who deny the self, lose our soul-life, and take up the cross to follow You! Amen, Lord, we love You! We believers in Christ need to realise that Satan wants us to act in our own strength and ability and do all things in ourselves, according to our soul-life. But the Lord Jesus is in our spirit, and He wants to produce us as His overcoming believers who overcome the enemy because of teh blood of the Lamb and because of the word of our testimony and by not loving our soul-life. May we be those who allow the cross to operate in us so that we may go through death and resurrection to live Christ, not our soul-life. Amen, Lord, we choose to be in our spirit today. We believers in Christ need to realise that we overcome Satan, God's enemy and our enemy, not by our good deeds or perfect living but by the word of our testimony. This means that we proclaim the victory of Christ and stand on the spiritual facts in the word of God. We do not stand with our feelings nor do we look at our failures; we confess our sins under the Lord's light, we apply the blood, and we proclaim the spiritual facts of Christ's victory!
