Lord Jesus, grant us the grace to pay the price to experience the breaking of the cross by living under the cross day by day. We turn to You, Lord Jesus, and we want to enjoy and experience You as the crucified and resurrected Christ. May the power of Your resurrection strengthen us to deny the self, know and deal with our natural life and disposition, and put the flesh to death. Amen, Lord, may we learn to know God’s authority so that we may be able to bring in God’s authority. Lord, by Your mercy, as the law of the Spirit of life, cause us to pay the price to experience the breaking of the cross. We pray that we would live a life under the cross and that You teach us how to know and deal with our natural life and disposition, put to death our flesh, and deny ourselves before God. Have a way in us, dear Lord!

Lord Jesus, make us those who know God’s authority from our heart. Save us from daring to overthrow the divine order arranged by God. May we be those who fear God and live under God’s sovereignty, allowing the Lord to expose the flesh and putting the flesh to death. Amen, Lord Jesus, we are of You and we do not stand with the flesh; we simply want to live in the Spirit and walk according to the Spirit, putting to death the flesh with its passions and its lusts. May we reject anything of rebellion and fighting back; may we be delivered from any desire to avenge ourselves in the church life. Oh Lord Jesus, we just want to live Christ in the spirit so that we may live a church life according to the divine order!

Though You are a God who hides Himself and operates in secret, thank You for working out all things for our transformation and conformation to the image of Christ, the firstborn Son of God. Amen, Lord, You are our God; our times are in Your hand. Our life, our years, our days, and our every moment is in Your hand. We give ourselves to You today, Lord, to be conformed more to the image of Christ.

And now we are living by the Spirit and walking by the Spirit for the building up of the church as the Body of Christ and the kingdom of God! Amen, Lord Jesus, we want to learn the lesson of the cross and crucify our flesh with its passions and its lusts, leaving the flesh on the cross always and in everything. We choose to exercise our spirit and follow the Lord on the line of life for the building up of the church!

Lord Jesus, we love You. We depend on You. We want to do nothing apart from You. Save us from doing things for You without being one with You. Save us from being rebellious against God by disobeying God’s charge. Save us from doing things for God without God telling us to do them. Save us from compromising in dealing with the flesh, especially in dealing with the good aspects of our flesh. We take You as our King, our Lord, our Head, and our Husband, and we submit ourselves to You. Oh Lord, shine on us and expose what we are in the flesh. We do not want to be constituted with rebellion against God, which is as evil as idol worship; we want to be filled with God’s life and constituted with the truth. Fill our being with Yourself. Expose and eliminate any ground of the enemy. Oh, Lord, we give ourselves to You for Your purpose today!

Amen, Lord, we stand on this fact, and we allow You to shine and expose our flesh in its manifestations. We want to cooperate with the work of the Spirit by saying Amen to Your light exposing our flesh. Amen, Lord, we are one with You to pray, even pray unceasingly; keep us in our spirit today. May the indwelling fighting Spirit execute the killing power of the cross to our flesh. Make us willing, dear Lord, to cooperate with the fighting Spirit and pray in union with the interceding Christ so that we may thoroughly deal with the flesh!

Save us from living in the flesh or expressing the flesh; save us from being an enemy of God’s throne! Oh Lord, may Your light shine not only on the ugly aspects of the flesh but also on the flesh being expressed in our humility, kindness, and goodness. Save us from the flesh in all of its expressions and forms. May we not be ignorant of Satan and his scheme. May we see what the flesh is and may we turn to our spirit again and again! Amen, Lord, make us persons who live in spirit and walk according to the spirit!

Save us from trying to do things for God in the flesh and according to the desire of the flesh. Keep us turning to our spirit. We want to live in spirit and walk according to the spirit so that we do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Amen, Lord, we want to follow You by taking up our cross, denying our self, and losing our soul life, so that You may live in us and we may live Christ!

Lord Jesus, we love You and we love Your purpose! We give ourselves to You for Your purpose. We want to be one with You for what You are doing today. Cause us to see how much You hate the flesh. Grant us Your holy hatred toward the flesh. May we see how much the flesh frustrates us from fulfilling God’s purpose. May we realize that the greatest destroyer of the Christian life is the flesh. Oh Lord, shine on us and reveal the flesh to us so that we may hate it even as You do. May we see how warlike, destructive, and disturbing the flesh is. Save us from trusting in ourselves, our love toward You, or the maturity in life we have attained to. May we trust in You and depend on You day by day. Oh Lord, we do not trust in ourselves – our trust is in You!

Lord Jesus, save us from losing our first love. Keep us loving You and enjoying You with our first love, doing the best works, and being intimately joined to You. May the church life be filled with Christ. Save us from being devoid of Christ. May all the local churches be filled with Christ and focused on Christ. Bring many from the so-called “churches” to the proper church life with Christ as its center and content!
