Lord Jesus, we want to be nourished with the good teaching in the word of God so that we may grow in life and be inwardly strengthened. Keep us coming to You in Your word day by day to eat You and drink You. Your word is our food and drink. We want to taste that the Lord is good in the word, and we want to drink the guileless milk of the word so that by it we may grow unto salvation. Amen, Lord, feed us with the spiritual food in Your word. We want to partake of the word of righteousness so that we may grow unto maturity.

Lord Jesus, we aspire to be a good minister of Christ Jesus who is nourished with the words of the faith and speaks Christ to others. Amen, Lord, we come to Your word to be nourished with You, partake of You, and digest and assimilate You into our being. We give ourselves to You, Lord, to be constituted with the truth. May the words of the faith and the good teaching in God's word become our inner constitution through our eating, digesting, and assimilating Christ in His word.

Lord Jesus, we want to learn to exercise our spirit. We choose to set our mind on the spirit. We want to pay attention to our spirit and take heed to our spirit. Save us from living in the flesh and therefore setting our mind on the flesh. Oh Lord Jesus, may we daily choose to turn to You and set our mind on the spirit so that we may enjoy life and peace. Hallelujah, our Christian life is not according to the standard of right and wrong but according to the spirit! Amen, Lord, we want to know the spirit by the inner sense of life and peace.

We want to build up a habit of exercising our spirit so that we may receive Your divine dispensing day by day. Amen, Lord, dispense Yourself into us! Lord Jesus, may we see the great mystery of godliness - God manifested the flesh! Thank You, Lord, for coming into us and regenerating us with Your life so that we may be Your corporate expression. We turn to our spirit right now. We want to contact You to be infused with You. Make us the same as You are in life and nature, and also in expression and appearance. Lord, we want to make a deal with You concerning our prayer life: make us men who pray, men who have a continuous prayer life! Make us willing, Lord, to have a prayer life day by day. Empty us from anything of ourselves. We do not rely on our past experiences - we want to gain more of Christ! Amen, Lord, we do not trust in ourselves, in our ability to take care of situations and solve problems. We depend on You. We reject ourselves. We reject and condemn anything that comes out of our natural man. We are willing, Lord, to learn to pray and to have a continuous prayer life.

Lord Jesus, we open to Your shining. We open to Your enlightening. We do not know what our situation is and we are not aware of the darkness in our being and in our living. We just open to Your shining. Speak to us. Enlighten us. Shine in our being. Expose any darkness in us. Supply us with the riches of Christ so that we may go on with You and overcome any negative situation. Amen, Lord, may we realize that God speaks to us through the negative situations and may we remain open to His speaking! May we open and take in the riches of Christ for us to go on with the Lord and become the shining golden lampstand, the testimony of Jesus!
