We don’t believe fitness is a short term thing and we don’t believe it should be a struggle. We also don’t believe that when you do something like eat delicious desserts or go on vacation, that you should feel guilty for that. If that’s the case, what was the point of doing it in the first place? To treat yourself should be enjoyment all around. Eat the cake, drink the wine, go hang with your friends and family, and don’t look back.
