In this reflection for the Third Sunday in Ordinary Time 2022, Kristen Fisher challenges us to step up and get off the bench! We each have a unique and particular way that Jesus is calling us to participate in the way that he sets people free.
Jesus has a big fat world saving mission. And when we were baptized, we became part of that mission. And that mission became part of you and me. Sitting and watching from the sidelines is never an option in the church. Everyone plays on this team. Everyone has a role and everyone participates in Jesus’s great mission.
