I kinda mixed up foley and sound design challenge but... Oh well ! Welcome in a world where broken woodsticks become thunderclaps, cars sound like giant broken bee robots, leaves are crunchy forest cereals and birds are birding around :D

All foleys were recorded with a Rode NT4 mic, instruments are plugin based, drums come from chopped samples.

Should be in a hurry

8 months ago, my catnado-mammoth-whale son passed away in the most painful way. He was a lively huge 8 year old cat with a tiny kitten voice and the cutest pink nose ♥ He couldn't bear being kept inside the house, he was a bit too fearless, and what had to happen happened. I finally had the courage to release this little tune.

Today, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that pets do not spread Covid-19 to humans. Please, keep them safe, don't abandon them. Shelters are overcrowded and healthy animals are unfortunately being euthanized.

Rainbow Bridge is on free download, but you can also name your price. The money collected from this track (through streaming and purchases), even if not much, will be indefinitely donated to the animal shelter / association of my choice.

Thank you for listening and for reading. If you lost your furry friend too, may this song bring you some comfort ♥

lyrics

Just this side of heaven is a place called rainbow bridge

There are meadows and hills for you, my special friend

You can play, you can hide and recover your strength

Someday we’ll meet again

I hope that you know

That memories and love remain

Someday we’ll meet again

I know that you’ll wait

There for me

Just this side of heaven is a place called rainbow bridge

There are meadows and hills for you, my special friend

You can play, you can hide and recover your strength
