Juliet Schutte …I've always been interested in Health, Wellness and Healing.  From an early age knew intuitively that we create our own health and wellness and that we could heal ourselves.

At about the age of 17 I really began to study alternative health and healing methods and reading every self-help book I could get my hands on.  I did a lot of self-healing and lots of soul searching.  Doing this all while in college and after becoming a personal trainer.  I realized with my personal training clients that sometimes - they needed MORE than just an exercise program.... they needed some inner healing.
