After 68 amazing episodes, countless conversations, and immeasurable support from all of you, it's time to officially say goodbye to the Enlightened Evolution.
Ending this podcast wasn’t an easy decision. It’s been a space for growth, honesty, self-reflection, and it’s brought so much meaning to our lives. But after much reflection, Cay has decided it is in her best interest to shift the priorities in her life.
To every guest, every listener, every person who shared an episode, left a comment, or sent a kind message—thank you. Truly. This show was for you!
Though the podcast is ending, the spirit of it lives on in all the moments we created together. We'll be keeping the archives up for anyone who wants to revisit past episodes, and who knows—maybe there’s something new on the horizon someday.
For now, we're just feeling grateful.

Enlightened evolution refers to the process of personal growth and spiritual development. It involves expanding one's consciousness, gaining wisdom, and living in alignment with higher principles.
Each week we will discuss a topic that has been instrumental to our own healing. In addition to these topics, we will interview guests that share unique insights from their own personal stories.
