@Fear of Expectations  Is here to share with you guys the adventures of life and all of the real, raw, relatable aspects that go along with it. In todays video I will be explaining healthy ways of communicating with your children. It's so important to be there and present for them after hardships in life. Taking the time to set aside JUST FOR THEM. I go over some things that work for me, and a couple success stories of those outcomes. My kids are 4 and 12, so a pretty large age gap. I go over different forms of communication that work for them in the ways the need.
