In today's podcast we talk about vices, which are deep-seated imperfections in our character and personality. Woah, hold up, bit harsh?! I feel you so hard, but it was so interesting and helpful for me to learn about some habits we can turn to when we are struggling or unhealthy - I know right now in these times I have definitely turned to some of these habits and characteristics that my enneagram tends to do. Knowing our vices can help us be more aware when we are unhealthy and seek to rest, heal or speak to someone about how we are going.
