So we begin Season 2 with the 2s! In this episode we have Sonia & Sophia to speak with us about what the light and shadow sides of the Enneagram Type 2 can be.
I'm back. So I've been away and I wanted to hold myself accountable for starting this platform. I still very much believe in what I do with this podcast but I needed to recharge. Here's a quick sharing from me on the hiatus I took.
For this episode, we have 3 speakers who belong to the Withdrawn Triad (Enneagram Types 4, 5 & 9) and they are also all men. For many, the Withdrawn Triad/Stance is known to be doing repressed which many assume that they may be slower to doing. In this episode we explore what their perspectives of being part of this stance mean to them and how they make sense of the world through their lens.

In this episode, we speak to a special group of Enneagram Types to understand what it is like to be part of the Dependent Triad. We learn about how they see the world and how the world sees them. But more importantly, we learn about how we might relate to and even care for them.
We come to understand their struggles being in the Dependent Stance and how they turn their struggle into strengths.

In this episode, you'll hear my mother and brother come together with me to discuss our subtypes and how that helps us understand why we do what we do. Can you detect the unique language the each of the subtypes in Enneagram uses? Listen closely and see for yourself how each subtypes functions. :)

In this episode, we speak to three Singaporean women to understand what it is like for them, being part of the Aggressive Triad. We learn about how they see the world and how the world sees them. But more importantly, we learn about how we might relate to and even care for them.
In view of International Women's Day that will be happening on 8 March 2021, I'd like to dedicate this episode to first and foremost, my mother and of course, all the amazing women out there who are impacting my life on a daily basis. Regardless of the Enneagram Type you are, you are amazing and perfect as you are. Thank you for being a part of my life and for showing me what a force of nature women can be. You all inspire me and I love each and every one of you.
