Welcome to the Enough Daily Podcast, a safe space for mental health and self-development conversations with our host, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Taylor Marie.
In this episode, Taylor describes her mission for the podcast which is to improve mental health through nutrition and physical fitness, and how it was inspired by her journey. Taylor's self-development journey started at the age of 16, although she had often felt odd and quite unhappy as a kid which would eventually lead her to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Despite starting counseling in 2009, she only truly got invested in self-development two years ago. Over time, Taylor has learned that self-development and mental health have to be a constant lifestyle based on the knowledge that there is hope.
Another goal of this podcast is to help people not feel alone, knowing that in times of loneliness, finding others who have gone through it or who are going through it can be highly rewarding. Also, resources like this podcast would help immensely, alongside others like YouTube or books. "Many people are struggling with the same issues you're going through but you won't know if you don't search"
