Brooks County High School football is known for 1 thing: Bringing that Hammer! Coach Freeman is widely recognized as a top tier coach in the high school football space with over 200 wins. We discuss his childhood, his influences growing up, the 1994 state championship, the departure from Brooks County after a fiery disagreement with administration, his time coaching away from Brooks County, the return back home in 2008 that resulted in a program turnaround for the ages, the tragedy that is referred to as the "BC3," the 2019 season that led to a state championship appearance, and opportunities that presented themselves since he has been back.
