Proverbs: Wisdom for the Summer --- Proverbs 8

In Proverbs 8, the writer introduces us to a cast of characters who personify Wisdom and her companions and foils. It reminds us that wisdom is more than a set of relative snippets of advice. Scripture guides us into a better life that enhances ourselves and those around us. It also reminds us that there are plenty of distractions. There are paths that lead to destruction. Wisdom is active. But so is Folly.
