What's up #Dragons this episode was just for you to kick off the new year. I wanted to give some tips and tricks for #Goal setting for the #newyear #2020.  I have always written down my goals and planned out my year ahead and I wanted to share these realistic tips and tricks.

Tips:

1. Write your goals down.

2. Create Sub Groups for your goals (work, financial, business, spiritual, family and health).

3. Create time frames for the goals (Short-term, Intermediate, Long-term)

4. Make the Goals attainable

5. Track your progress and review your goal regularly at least quarterly to make sure you are on track.

6. Create Projects and plan them separately.

7. Utilize milestones inside of the project to stay on track.
