Within the last year, I started training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. My good friend Tristan got me convinced that entering my first competition would be a good idea.

Needless to say, he was right! I had a couple wins, and a couple losses, and I wanted to share them with you guys.

For anyone who is considering doing their first competition, DO IT.

For anyone who is considering joining a jiujitsu gym, DO IT.
